The KaseyaOne home page has a persistent left navigation menu that includes the options, depending on your user role, described in the following table.

The tools available on the persistent top navigation menu are described in the following table.
The Notifications window allows you to keep up with any updates to your tickets with a minimum of fuss. If there are unread notifications, the number in the red circle will let you know.
Click Help on the top navigation menu to open the Help menu with access to the following:
Click My Account to access My Settings and the Logout button. Refer to Configure your profile for more information.
Click App Launcher to open a list showing the Kaseya modules that belong to the IT Complete suite of products.
The persistent My Account Team widget on the KaseyaOne home page contains the contact information (name, email address, phone number) of the Kaseya account manager assigned to your company, as well as their immediate supervisor.
Click the email address link to send an email to one of the contacts using your default email client.
Expand and collapse the widget as required.
The My Modules section on the KaseyaOne home page shows the modules your Master user has enabled in KaseyaOne and that you have credentials for and access to. If you have more modules enabled than can be displayed, click Show More to expand the section as needed; click Show Less to collapse the section again.
Module status is described in the following table.
|Unified Login is configured
|The arrow icon, highlighted in this example image, indicates that Unified Login has been configured for the module. Clicking on the tile will seamlessly log you in to the application. Refer to Log In with KaseyaOne.
|Unified Login is not configured
|The lock icon, highlighted in this example image, indicates that Unified Login has not been enabled for the module yet. If you click on the tile, you will be prompted to log in using your local credentials.
|Multiple tenants configured
|The file icon, highlighted in this example image, indicates that you have multiple tenants under one account (for example, Spanning or Graphus). Clicking on the tile will open the Choose a Tenant dialog where you must choose which tenant you want to access.
|The gear icon, highlighted in this example image, is only visible to Master users. Clicking on the tile will take you to the Admin Settings > Module URLs tab where you can manage (add, customize, edit, delete) your module URLs.
The Overview section on the KaseyaOne home page has widgets showing brief information about Subscriptions, Orders, and Support Tickets.
- Click Subscriptions to go to the Active Subscriptions page in Kaseya Store.
The Subscriptions widget will only be visible to users who have Master or Billing roles assigned.
- Click Orders to go to the Purchase History page in Kaseya Store where you can review open/all orders.
- Click Tickets to go to the Support page where you can create new and manage existing support tickets you have opened with Kaseya Helpdesk
The Cooper Intelligence Engine section on the side of the KaseyaOne home page is a more compact view of the Cooper page. Here you can interact with Cooper insights to learn more about how to get the best out of your Kaseya solutions. Refer to Cooper Intelligence Engine .
