Log In with KaseyaOne

• Enable pop-ups for your browser. Refer to System requirements.
• Make sure you have successfully completed the set up of your KaseyaOne user account.
• Make sure that a module user account has been completely set up for you. You must click the activation link in the module's invitation email and create a password for the account. If you attempt to log in using Log In with KaseyaOne before your module user account is completely set up, you will receive an invalid username/password error.

You can use Log In with KaseyaOne provided all of the following conditions are true:

• You are subscribed to and have a module user account.
• The email and/or username of your module account match the email and username of your KaseyaOne account.
• Unified Login has been configured for the module.

  The Log In with KaseyaOne option is available only after a user with the highest permission level (Admin, Superuser, Administrator, Global Administrator, or Security Admin) in both KaseyaOne and the module configures Enable Log In with KaseyaOne for the module.

• Your user account is a member of the access group assigned to that module in KaseyaOne. (Refer to Managing KaseyaOne groups).

NOTE  If the KaseyaOne Automatic User Provisioning feature is enabled for the module, then just-in-time provisioning creates module user accounts automatically with a specified default role whenever new KaseyaOne users are granted access to the module.

To access KaseyaOne, you need your company name, username, and password.

When your KaseyaOne user account was added, you received either a Welcome to KaseyaOne email or a Welcome to Kaseya 365 email from noreply@kaseya.net with your username and company name. If you've forgotten your username, company name, or password, see Recovering your KaseyaOne login credentials.

Instructions follow on how to log in to KaseyaOne from the KaseyaOne login page:

NOTE  If logging in for the first time, additional steps apply. Refer to Activate your account for details.

1. Navigate to https://one.kaseya.com/.

2. Enter the Username and Company Name for your KaseyaOne account.

3. Click Next.

4. Enter the Password for your KaseyaOne account.

5. Click Log In.

6. Enter your two-factor authentication (2FA) token when prompted.

7. Click Verify.
   

8. After successful verification, you are logged in to KaseyaOne.

Instructions follow on how to request your username, company name, or a password reset from the KaseyaOne login page should you forget one of them when logging in to your account.

Request username from login page

1. On the KaseyaOne login page, click Can't Log In?
   
2. Select Forgot username.
   
   
3. Enter the Email and Company name associated with your account and then click Continue.
   
4. You will receive an email with further instructions if there is an account associated with your email and company name.
   

Request company name from login page

1. On the KaseyaOne log in page, click Can't Log In?
   
2. Select Forgot company name.
   
   
3. Enter the Email associated with your account and then click Continue.
   
   
4. You will receive an email with further instructions if there is an account associated with your email.
   

Request password from login page

1. On the KaseyaOne log in page, click Can't Log In?
   
2. Select Forgot password.
   
   
3. Enter the Username and Company name associated with your account and then click Continue.
   
   
4. You will receive an email with further instructions if there is an account associated with your email and company name.
   

NOTES  

You should receive the password reset email in a few minutes. If you did not receive it:

• Ensure that it did not get caught in your spam filter/junk folder or automatically get moved to a folder by a rule.

• Make sure you entered your company name correctly when submitting the password reset request. To retrieve your company name, see What is my company name?

To use Log In with KaseyaOne to access a Kaseya platform module:

1. Go to the module log in page, enter your Username and then click Log In with KaseyaOne.
   
2. If you're already logged in to KaseyaOne, you will be automatically logged in to the module using your KaseyaOne credentials. From KaseyaOne, you will be able to access the module and view Cooper Intelligence Engine insights for the module.
3. If you're not already logged in to KaseyaOne, the KaseyaOne login page opens, prompting you to log in — enter your KaseyaOne credentials and then the verification code.
   
4. After successful verification, you are logged in to and redirected back to the module portal where the App Launcher is available on the top navigation menu. Click App Launcher to log in to other Kaseya modules to which you have access.

   

NOTE  If Log In with KaseyaOne is not working for you, make sure that your email and/or username in the module match the email and username in your KaseyaOne account. For additional requirements, see Requirements for Log In with KaseyaOne.

When you log out of a module that you logged in to through Log In with KaseyaOne, your module session is terminated as well as your KaseyaOne session.

To log out of a KaseyaOne session:

1. Click My Account or My Profile in the header of the module application.
2. Click Logout.
   
   

   NOTE  Inactive sessions in KaseyaOne automatically log out after six hours.
   

To access a module from KaseyaOne:

1. Go to the Home page. In the My Modules widget, you see all the modules you have access to where Login with KaseyaOne has been enabled.

NOTE  

If you're not seeing certain modules, check the following:

• Unified Login: Confirm that the Requirements for Log In with KaseyaOne have been met and that the module is properly connected to KaseyaOne via Unified Login. If you're a KaseyaOne administrator, refer to Enable Log In with KaseyaOne. If not, contact your KaseyaOne administrator for assistance.

• Access permissions: Make sure you're part of the access group assigned to that module. If you're a KaseyaOne administrator, refer to Access Groups (role-based access control). If not, contact your KaseyaOne administrator for assistance.

Once these conditions are met, eligible modules appear automatically.

2. Click on any module tile that has an arrow icon and you are seamlessly logged in to that application using your KaseyaOne credentials.
   

NOTE  

If this is your first time logging in from KaseyaOne, you are prompted to log in with your module credentials to link your module account with your KaseyaOne account.

3. Click on any module tile that has a file icon and, in the Choose an Instance dialog that opens, choose which tenant you want to access. You are then seamlessly logged in to that application.

NOTE  If this is your first time logging in to this instance from KaseyaOne, you are prompted to log in with your module credentials to link your module account with your KaseyaOne account.

4. Click on any module tile that has a lock icon and you are prompted to log in using your local credentials. You cannot use Log In with KaseyaOne to access the module since it has not yet been enabled for the module. Refer to Unified Login.

   

If you don't see a certain module in the My Modules widget on the Home page, this is typically due to one of the following reasons:

1. KaseyaOne Unified Login is not enabled for that module.

A user with the highest permission level (Admin, Superuser, Administrator, Global Administrator, or Security Admin) in both KaseyaOne and the module must configure Enable Log In with KaseyaOne for the module. To do this:

• Log in directly to that module as a user with the highest permissions level.

• Turn on the Enable Log In with KaseyaOne or Single Sign-On toggle and follow the prompts to authenticate and complete the integration. (Refer to Enable Log In with KaseyaOne for details.)

• Once enabled, refresh your KaseyaOne dashboard, and that module should now appear under My Modules.

2. Insufficient user role or permissions:

Your KaseyaOne user must have the correct permissions. If you are part of a group that does not have that product module assigned, you will not see the module.

Ask your KaseyaOne Admin to verify your group assignment and ensure your group has access to that product module. (If you are a KaseyaOne Admin, you can check this as described in Managing KaseyaOne groups.)

3. Subscription or licensing issues:

• Ensure that the module's subscription is active. If the subscription has expired or is disabled, the module will not appear.

• Ensure that you are subscribed to and have a module user account. For assistance, contact your module administrator.

NOTE  If the KaseyaOne Automatic User Provisioning feature is enabled for the module, then just-in-time provisioning creates module user accounts automatically with a specified default role whenever new KaseyaOne users are granted access to the module.

• Ensure that the email and/or username of your module account matches the email and username of your KaseyaOne account.
