Initial portal setup

This topic covers the steps that are necessary to obtain a KaseyaOne portal and set up the primary Master user account. The steps are as follows:

  1. System requirements. Make sure your browser is supported by KaseyaOne and pop-ups have been enabled for your browser.

  2. Request a KaseyaOne account for your organization.

  3. Set up the primary user account and enter your two-factor authentication (2FA) token when prompted.

    2FA is required to gain access to your KaseyaOne portal. You will be prompted to configure 2FA, which is a one time task, the first time you access your KaseyaOne portal or Log In with KaseyaOne.
