Kaseya University is the Kaseya learning platform. Available to all users, Kaseya University provides self-paced and virtual instructor-led training opportunities for technicians and administrators to learn how to configure and master their IT Complete modules. There are free and paid training offerings to meet a variety of skill levels and needs. Our goal is to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to be successful.

How courses are assigned to users

Users with a Master role can assign curricula based on the modules a user is assigned when they add or edit their user account. Refer to Manage KaseyaOne users for information on how to do the following:

You access Kaseya University by logging in to KaseyaOne and clicking the Kaseya University link on the left navigation menu. If you access your Kaseya University account through Log In with KaseyaOne, you will be brought right to your learner dashboard. The course catalog will reflect the modules for which you have been assigned Kaseya University training courses, provided your Master user selected the courses from the Kaseya University Courses drop-down control when adding you as a KaseyaOne user; otherwise the course catalog field will be empty. To rectify this, contact your Master user to modify your user settings.

To view your assigned courses:

  1. Log into KaseyaOne and click Kaseya University on the left navigation menu.

    Kaseya University will open straight away to the learner dashboard.

  2. Review your assigned courses.

    The course catalog will reflect the modules for which you have been assigned Kaseya University training courses, provided your Master user selected the courses from the Kaseya University Courses drop-down control when adding you as a KaseyaOne user; otherwise the course catalog field will be empty.

  3. If the course catalog field is empty, contact your Master user to modify your user settings.

You can track your progress with your assigned courses right in KaseyaOne. On the Learner tab of the Cooper Intelligence Engine page, you can review the progress with all courses.
