Kaseya and Datto Store FAQs
This article lists some Kaseya and Datto Store questions that are frequently asked by our customers and answered by our KaseyOne team. Refer to KaseyaOne video tutorials to get started with KaseyaOne!
ANSWER The Datto Store is moving to the Kaseya Store! Please read the following FAQs to learn more.
ANSWER With the combined companies of Kaseya+Datto, the Datto systems are merging into Kaseya systems; this involves combining the Datto Store into the Kaseya Store. The Kaseya Store includes all modules from Kaseya and Datto.
ANSWER If your user account previously had access to the Datto Store, your same account will have access to the Kaseya Store. Log in to the Datto Partner Portal and select the Kaseya Store link from the Purchasing & Billing top navigation menu. If you currently have access, you will automatically be logged into the Kaseya Store.
ANSWER No, you may access the Kaseya Store from either Datto Partner Portal or KaseyaOne.
ANSWER Whilst the Kaseya Store looks different to the Datto Store, there are many aspects that remain the same.

You access the Kaseya Store the same way.

The purchasing options that were available for Datto modules in the Datto Store are also available in Kaseya Store.
ANSWER The look of the Kaseya Store. Checking out from the store executes the acceptance of and places the order. The options for canceling orders, returns, and creating and accepting quotes are not in Kaseya Store.
ANSWER You’ll access Payment Methods similarly to how you accessed it in Datto Store. Clicking Payment Methods on the left navigation menu in KaseyaOne goes to Payment Methods in Kaseya Store (My Account > Settings > Payment Methods.
ANSWER The Cancel option is not available within the Kaseya Store. Please contact your account manager (refer to My Account Team) to cancel a subscription.
ANSWER Returns are handled through your account manager (refer to My Account Team). Please reach out to your account manager to initiate a return.
ANSWER You’ll access your invoices the same way you accessed them in Datto Store. Clicking View and Pay Invoices on the left navigation menu in KaseyaOne goes to Invoices/Make a Payment in Kaseya Store (My Account > Billing> Invoices).
ANSWER Yes, you will see the following changes to your invoice:

A simplified look and feel, that'll be cleaner and easier to read and understand.

A Summary cover page that shows any credits or payments that have been applied to the invoice and the net amount due.

A detailed breakdown of any applicable credits and overpayments allowing for easier reconciliation.

A Charges Overview section grouped by Suite and then broken down by individual line items within each suite.

A new downloadable itemized CSV (comma-separated value) file that includes more detail that does not fit on the invoice.

ANSWER Purchases through the store are accepted upon completing the checkout process. Quotes are not available in the Kaseya Store and will be issued through a DocuSign by your account manager (refer to My Account Team).
ANSWER You will see all of your subscription information by clicking View Subscriptions on the left navigation menu in KaseyaOne - doing this brings you to the Active Subscriptions page in the Kaseya Store. Clicking View and Pay Invoices goes to the Invoices page where you can click Excel to download a detailed itemized CSV (comma-separated value) file that includes more detail that does not fit on an invoice
ANSWER Contact your account manager (refer to My Account Team) to request updates.
ANSWER Send an email to support@kaseya.com and include your company account information (company name, account number, and so on) along with as much information to minimize the back and forth with Kaseya Support.
ANSWER Yes. From within Kaseya Store, do the following:

Navigate to My Account > Settings > Address Book, and then click Add Address.

Enter the new address details and select one (or more) of the check boxes described in the following table as required.
Check box Description This is a Residential Address Selecting this check box indicates that this is a residential address and will help us determine the best delivery method for your items. Drop Shipping Address Selecting this check box instructs Kaseya to ignore or disregard any existing shipping address. -
Click Save Address.
