Subscription Management FAQs
This article lists some subscription management questions that are frequently asked by our customers and answered by our KaseyOne team.
On the Subscriptions page in KaseyaOne:

From the Subscriptions page in KaseyaOne, you can view and manage all of your active subscriptions.

You can opt-out of a month-to-month subscription from the Subscriptions page in KaseyaOne. For details, see Submit a request to opt-out of your month-to-month subscription.
Only active subscriptions appear on the Subscriptions page.
For month-to-month subscriptions: When the opt-out process successfully completes, it will no longer appear on the Subscriptions page since the subscription is no longer active. (If you sent the opt out request on or before the 14th of the month, the subscription is stopped on the last day of that month. If you sent the opt out request after the 14th of the month, the subscription is stopped on the last day of the following month.)
For term-based subscriptions: When the opt-out process successfully completes, auto-renewal is removed from the subscription. The subscription remains active. (To cancel the term-based subscription, contact your account manager.)
NOTE Opt-out is not supported for usage-based subscriptions.
