How do I submit a support request in KaseyaOne?
ANSWER You can submit a support ticket for KaseyOne or any of our IT Complete modules by clicking Support on the left navigation menu and then clicking Get Help.
From the Get Help dialog that opens, you can search the community for similar issues or click Open a Ticket to create and submit a new ticket.
How can I see all of my company's Kaseya support tickets in KaseyaOne?
ANSWER Click Support on the left navigation menu and then go to the Company tab to see all of your company's support tickets. Only users with the Master role will be able to see all their company's tickets.
