What is Cooper in KaseyaOne?
In KaseyaOne, the Cooper Intelligence Engine is the technology behind Cooper insights, Kaseya University learning insights, and Cooper Bots. These features streamline your IT management with personalized recommendations and tools that maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of your Kaseya suite.
How can I move a Cooper insight from the Snoozed tab back to the To Do tab?
When you snooze an insight, it moves out of your To Do tab and into the Snoozed tab for the amount of time you set. To move the snoozed insight back to the To Do tab before the snooze duration lapses, simply click the clock icon and select End Snooze.
How are Cooper insights moved from the To Do tab to the Completed tab automatically?
The Cooper Intelligence Engine provides insights based on telemetry gathered from your (and your team's) module usage (or lack thereof). As you begin to take action on the insights Cooper is sharing, Cooper is smart enough to know you have completed them and will automatically move them to the Completed column for you.
How do I turn off Cooper?
An option to turn off Cooper Intelligence Engine is not available. The recommendations that Cooper delivers to you are there to help you get the most value out of your Kaseya modules. You can snooze any Cooper insight you do not want to action at the moment, but note that it will return to your To Do list once the snooze duration lapses.
