Using INKY with Kaseya 365 User

INKY is Kaseya’s new best-in-class email security solution, designed to combat modern phishing threats with cutting-edge AI. INKY replaces the Graphus anti-phishing tool, offering a complete protection layer tailored for Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

Next steps for Graphus

INKY is the Kaseya 365 User solution for email security. You can begin migrating from Graphus to INKY starting January 1, 2026 following the instructions in the Graphus to Inky section of the knowledge base. This describes how to use the first phase of the automated migration tool to import team information and admins into Inky. If you want to migrate your block/allow settings and VIP list, you can do so manually by following the additional steps outlined in the manual migration process.

Your existing Graphus environment will remain operational until your contract ends, you have migrated all of your end-user organizations to INKY, or the Graphus official EOL date of June 30 2027, whichever is earlier. Be sure to complete your INKY deployment and migration before the earlier of these dates to ensure your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 email environments remain secure and protected throughout this transition.
