Kaseya 365 Ops, Endpoint, and User are our innovative subscriptions designed to help you achieve your organization's needs for robust security, reliability, and productivity.
-
A single Kaseya 365 Ops subscription provides a comprehensive, centralized solution that orchestrates service delivery, optimizes workflows, and showcases IT operations to demonstrate value to your customers.
-
A single Kaseya 365 Endpoint subscription includes essential components for successful endpoint management, security, and backup. This subscription simplifies endpoint IT and security, lowers costs, and boosts efficiency by providing the essential components to manage, secure, backup, and automate your endpoints.
-
A single Kaseya 365 User subscription includes essential components needed for IT and security teams to protect and preserve the critical data and identity of SaaS users in their Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments. Kaseya 365 User components work together to prevent, respond to, and recover from user threats.

When the limited-time upgrade is available, you must upgrade all of your eligible licenses to Kaseya 365.
If you have RocketCyber and are upgrading, you must upgrade all of your RocketCyber licenses to Kaseya 365 Endpoint Pro, which includes Managed Detection and Response powered by RocketCyber.
For any remaining eligible licenses, you can choose to upgrade to Kaseya 365 Endpoint Express, Kaseya 365 Endpoint Pro, or Kaseya 365 User.
For new purchases of a Kaseya 365 subscription, a minimum of 25 licenses are required.

Yes.
This subscription includes the essentials to manage, secure, backup, and automate each endpoint under an IT professional’s care. Fragmenting those solutions would leave some endpoints vulnerable (unprotected by AV, EDR, or not being patched with software updates). These components are essential to the performance of any endpoint and therefore are provided together in this single subscription for endpoints.

If you have existing modules that are part of Kaseya 365 and want to move to Kaseya 365, all existing licenses will be converted to Kaseya 365 licenses. Any additional Kaseya 365 licenses will co-term with a new contract.
If you want to keep your current (non-Kaseya 365) modules and buy new Kaseya 365 licenses (not upgrading your existing solutions), then Kaseya 365 will be its own contract, and nothing changes regarding your existing subscriptions, terms, or prices.
If you are a Backupify customer, your Backupify licenses will be converted to SaaS Protection licenses and you will access SaaS Protection through the Datto Partner Portal or through your KaseyaOne Unified Login. All functionality remains the same.
If you are a SaaS Defense customer, your SaaS Defense licenses will move to Graphus. This transition is manual - you will need to deactivate all your SaaS Defense clients and then add new organizations to Graphus. You will have 90 days to make the transition.

All other IT Complete modules are available as add-ons using the standard licensing terms available today.

Yes. You do not need VSA 10 to be able to upgrade to Kaseya 365 Endpoint. Customers on Datto RMM will be given Datto RMM licenses within Kaseya 365 Endpoint Management, VSA 9 customers will default to VSA 9, and VSA 10 customers will default to VSA 10.
