Migrating from Backupify to Datto SaaS Protection
If you've purchased Kaseya 365 User and had been using Backupify, you will be migrated from Backupify to Datto SaaS Protection. Your subscription's Professional Services Project Manager will work with your organization's designated Implementation Contact to perform this migration. All existing Backupify data will be migrated to your new Datto SaaS Protection module.
NOTE Your Implementation Contact may need to provide the Backupify Customer ID to the subscription's Project Manager during the migration. This Customer ID displays in the Backupify UI on the Status page in the Account section. For details, see Examining organization backup information in the Datto SaaS Protection online help guide.
New to Datto Partner Portal?
If you have not already been using Datto Partner Portal, your organization's designated Implementation Contact will receive a Welcome to Datto Partner Portal email:
Your Datto Partner Portal account can be activated from your subscription's Kaseya 365 Setup Guides page by clicking Activate under Step 1 or from the welcome email by clicking Finish configuring your account. This activation must be performed by your Implementation Contact.
Upon logging into Datto Partner Portal for the first time, an Onboarding Tour launches to guide you through getting started.
