Moving to Graphus from Avanan, Proofpoint, or Mimecast
When moving to Graphus there are key functions that are similar to Avanan, Proofpoint, or Mimecast that you can easily set up to start using Graphus as soon as possible. Like Avanan, Proofpoint, or Mimecast, Graphus has the ability to set custom branding, use email banners to warn users of suspicious emails, and allow users to report suspicious emails. See the topics below to set up these key functions in Graphus.
NOTE One key difference between Graphus and Avanan, Proofpoint, or Mimecast is the terminology that is used when referring to features within the products.

As in Avanan, Proofpoint, or Mimecast, users can add a custom logo and header/footer color to the PDF and HTML reports created by Graphus. For details, see Branding in this Graphus article: MSP global settings feature guide.

As in Avanan, Proofpoint, or Mimecast, users can enable an email banner to warn users of suspicious emails. In Graphus, this feature is called the EmployeeShield® banner. Users can customize the color of the banner and text, as well as use automated warning messages generated by Graphus based on the type of phishing detected.
The EmployeeShield® banner can be informational or interactive. Email recipients can report emails that have the EmployeeShield® banner as Phishing (unsafe) or as a False Positive (safe). The text used to label an email as safe or unsafe is also customizable.
For details, see this Graphus article: Setting up the EmployeeShield® banner.

Unlike EmployeeShield®, which proactively tries to identify phishing or malicious emails, Phish911 can be used by employees to report suspected phishing emails that do not have the EmployeeShield® banner. Once organizations are created and Microsoft/Google tenants are connected, Phish911 can be enabled. When an email is reported as phishing, Graphus immediately quarantines the email from all recipients and creates a Phish911 alert in the Graphus portal for review.
