ANSWER If you add a device as a trusted device, then uninstall and reinstall the KaseyaOne mobile app, you can add the same device again.
ANSWER Check that all of the following is true:

On your mobile device, verify that Push Notifications under Settings is enabled for your account.

In KaseyaOne, verify that your mobile device is marked as a Trusted device and has not been deleted or removed from the trusted device list.
