Push multifactor authentication FAQ

Why is my device appearing multiple times in the trusted devices list in KaseyaOne?
If you add a device as a trusted device, then uninstall and reinstall the KaseyaOne mobile app, you can add the same device again.
Why am I no longer receiving push MFA notifications to my mobile device?
Check that all of the following are true:

On your mobile device, verify that Push Notifications under Settings is enabled for your account.

In KaseyaOne, verify that your mobile device is marked as a Trusted device and has not been deleted or removed from the Push Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Devices list on the My Settings > Security page.
