Support FAQs
This article lists some support questions that are frequently asked by our customers and answered by our KaseyOne team.
You can submit a support ticket for KaseyOne or any modules by clicking Support in the left navigation menu and then clicking Get Help.
From the Get Help dialog that opens, you can search the community for similar issues or click Open a Ticket to create and submit a new ticket.
Click Support on the left navigation menu and then go to the Company tab to see all of your company's support tickets. Only users with the Admin role are able to see all their company's tickets.
