Migrating from SaaS Defense to Graphus

If you have purchased a Kaseya 365 User subscription and had been using SaaS Defense, you will be migrated from SaaS Defense to Graphus within 90 days of your subscription start date.

The subscription's Project Manager (in Kaseya's Professional Services organization) will work with your organization's designated Implementation Contact to perform these migration steps:

  1. Activate the Graphus account.

  2. Add the email domain to Graphus as described in Adding and activating an organization.

  3. Remove the email domain from Datto SaaS defense by running this procedure in the Datto Partner Portal: Cancelling Datto SaaS Defense. Perform this step immediately after adding the email domain to Graphus.

IMPORTANT  Be sure to migrate your email domains to Graphus within 90 days of the subscription start date. Your SaaS Defense environment will be disabled at the end of this 90-day period.
