Using INKY with Kaseya 365 User
INKY is Kaseya’s new best-in-class email security solution, designed to combat modern phishing threats with cutting-edge AI. INKY replaces the Graphus anti-phishing tool, offering a complete protection layer tailored for Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
With your existing Kaseya 365 User subscription, you have received either the Kaseya INKY Advanced package at no additional cost or the INKY Pro optional upgrade. An INKY license has been provisioned for each of your existing Graphus licenses and you can get started with INKY right away.

Migrate your organizations from Graphus to INKY.
You can begin migrating from Graphus to INKY starting in mid-January when the automated migration tool becomes available. Documentation on the migration tool and guided process will be published at that time. If you prefer to move after January 1 but before the tool is available, you may follow the manual migration process outlined here: Migrating from Graphus to INKY.
Next steps for Graphus
INKY is the Kaseya 365 User solution for email security. We recommend migrating from Graphus to INKY as soon as possible once the automated migration tool becomes available in mid-January. We recommend waiting until the automated migration tool becomes available, as it will simplify the migration by automatically transferring supported settings and configurations. Documentation on the tool and migration process will be published when the tool becomes available.
Your existing Graphus environment will remain operational as you migrate your end-user organizations to INKY.
