  • Kaseya 365 Endpoint. A Kaseya 365 Endpoint subscription includes everything needed for IT and Security teams to manage their endpoints and devices. With essential automations built in, Kaseya 365 Endpoint components save time by providing smoother workflows, reducing manual mistakes, and making complicated tasks quicker and easier.
  • Kaseya 365 User. A Kaseya 365 User subscription offers everything needed for IT and Security teams to protect and preserve the critical data and identity of SaaS users in their Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments. Kaseya 365 User components work together to prevent, respond to, and recover from user threats.

Each subscription provides a software kit of purpose-built components that offers an all-in-one, innovative solution to the challenges of service delivery using dozens of fragmented systems and manual processes. These components are effortlessly integrated and live within the unified interface experience of IT Complete.

These subscription options are available for Kaseya 365 Endpoint:

  • Kaseya 365 Endpoint Pro. This subscription has all components, including Managed Detection and Response. Managed Detection and Response is a high-tech cybersecurity service that takes on advanced cyberthreats and eliminates them for good.
  • Kaseya 365 Endpoint Express. This subscription has all components except Managed Detection and Response.

How do I get Kaseya 365?

If you're not already a Kaseya customer, go to the Kaseya 365 landing page on the Kaseya website and request a Kaseya 365 demo. You’ll receive an email confirming that we received your request, and an account manager will contact you within 14 days to fulfill your request.

If you're already using Kaseya IT Complete modules, reach out to your Account Manager to request a Kaseya 365 quote.

NOTE  Existing components of Kaseya 365 can be upgraded through a simple process that protects investments and functionalities, including equal license counts and locked-in pricing for additional growth support. Because every Kaseya customer has a different Kaseya 365 estate, upgrade inquiries should be made directly through your Account Manager.
